Do you ship to Kuwait?
Yes, we ship outside the UAE, including to Kuwait. International shipping depends on the shipping provider, so the cost and delivery time are confirmed for your order. Message us before ordering so we can confirm that your items can be shipped to Kuwait City or your city.
How do I order from Kuwait?
Send us the products you want and your city on WhatsApp, or place an order on the website and choose international shipping. We confirm the price of the products and the shipping with you.
What currency are your prices in? Can I pay in KWD?
Prices on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Payment is taken in AED; if you pay by card, your bank converts it from KWD.
Will I pay customs duty or import tax in Kuwait?
Import duties, taxes and rules depend on Kuwait and on the type of product, and they are set by the authorities there. Please check the rules for your items before you order.
Can you repair my device in Kuwait?
No — our repair services (mobile, iPhone, laptop, PC, watch and car key batteries) are done at our shop in Mina Bazar, Bur Dubai. If you are visiting Dubai you are welcome to bring your device in.
What about warranty and returns?
New branded products carry the manufacturer's warranty where the brand provides one. Used laptops and mobiles have a 7-day warranty; new products cannot be returned after unpacking.
