1. About these terms
This website is operated by Sukoon Al Maa Electronics Trading LLC, trading as Sukoon Electronics, Mina Bazar - Building 95, Shop 2 - Al Raffa St - Bur Dubai - Al Fahidi - Dubai, UAE. By using the website, placing an order or using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Products, prices and orders
- All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
- Product listings are subject to availability. Product photos and descriptions are for guidance; check the specifications and condition (new or used) before ordering.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order for a pricing error, an item no longer being available, or suspected fraud, in which case any payment made is refunded.
- Some products are sold on a request-for-quotation basis. A quote is not binding until confirmed by both parties.
- You must be 18 or over to order, and provide accurate contact and delivery details.
3. Payment
You can pay using the methods offered at checkout, which may include card payment (Stripe), Nomod, and buy-now-pay-later services (Tabby and Tamara). Instalment services are provided by those companies under their own terms and eligibility checks. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery options, timings and fees are described on our Delivery, Warranty & Returns page and at checkout. Timings are estimates and start once the order is confirmed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the package on receipt.
5. Warranty and returns
Warranty and return conditions for new and used products are set out on our Delivery, Warranty & Returns page and form part of these terms. In summary: new branded products carry the manufacturer's or company's warranty where provided; used laptops and mobile phones carry a 7-day warranty and may be returned for a major issue found within 7 days (not for change of mind); new products cannot be returned after unpacking, damage in delivery must be evidenced with an unpacking video, and return costs are borne by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
6. Repair and installation services
The scope, price and timing of a repair or installation are agreed with you before the work begins. Please back up your data before leaving a device with us; where a repair carries a risk to data we will tell you beforehand. On-site visits may carry an additional charge. Diagnosis of laptops and PCs is free.
7. Support tickets
Tickets submitted through the website are reviewed by our team and answered by email or phone. We may close tickets that have had no activity for an extended period.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, images and logos — belongs to Sukoon Al Maa Electronics Trading LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand names and logos of third-party products belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, services or website, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this page when you order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.
