All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT.
Delivery
- Urgent delivery — inside Dubai — Emergency / urgent delivery within Dubai, up to 3 hours
- Standard delivery — inside Dubai — Normal delivery within Dubai, up to 6 hours
- Delivery outside Dubai (inside the UAE) — Next-day delivery, 1 day
- International shipping — Timing and cost depend on the international shipping provider; confirmed after you order
- Store pickup — Collect from our shop in Mina Bazar, Bur Dubai (free)
Where a delivery fee is not shown, we confirm the cost with you after you place the order. Delivery times start once the order is confirmed.
Warranty
- New branded products: the manufacturer's or company's default warranty applies, where the brand provides one.
- Used laptops and mobile phones: 7 days warranty.
Returns
Used laptops and mobile phones
- If a major issue is detected within 7 days of purchase, the item can be returned.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for used products.
New products
- New products cannot be returned after unpacking.
- If a product is damaged during delivery, a video of the unpacking is required as proof.
- The cost of returning a product is borne by the customer.
