Do you ship to Jordan?
Yes, we ship outside the UAE, including to Jordan. International shipping depends on the shipping provider, so the cost and delivery time are confirmed for your order. Message us before ordering so we can confirm that your items can be shipped to Amman or your city.
How do I order from Jordan?
Send us the products you want and your city on WhatsApp, or place an order on the website and choose international shipping. We confirm the price of the products and the shipping with you.
What currency are your prices in? Can I pay in JOD?
Prices on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Payment is taken in AED; if you pay by card, your bank converts it from JOD.
Will I pay customs duty or import tax in Jordan?
Import duties, taxes and rules depend on Jordan and on the type of product, and they are set by the authorities there. Please check the rules for your items before you order.
Can you repair my device in Jordan?
No — our repair services (mobile, iPhone, laptop, PC, watch and car key batteries) are done at our shop in Mina Bazar, Bur Dubai. If you are visiting Dubai you are welcome to bring your device in.
What about warranty and returns?
New branded products carry the manufacturer's warranty where the brand provides one. Used laptops and mobiles have a 7-day warranty; new products cannot be returned after unpacking.
